I think you should take a look a the pagecode. This is not css template !
Everything is in table theres’s no div at all and the stylesheet contains less than 35 lines.
I’d have to concur with herdo, the site is all Dreamweaver nested tables…
The design is worth a submission.
‘Elite’, however it’s not ‘CSS Elite’. Herdo is right.
