COOL site. This is a great way to jumpstart the launch of a new product or service. Just imagine… getting your new product blogged about on some of the top blogs in just a few days. Think about the amount of new traffic, the credibility you will get since it is coming from respected bloggers, etc. Very interesting idea and definitely my first stop for my next startup! Of course, this does bring in an interesting question about ethics… what if all of these top bloggers end up polluting their sites with these paid postings (just like I have done here)? Does this bring down the value of their blog? From my perspective it all depends on the service or product they are reviewing. If it is in fact a cool service or product then NO, but if it is a piece of junk they are obviously devaluing their reputation. Personally, I think that it is cool as long as it is not abused by the bloggers. After all, we all need to make some money at the end of the day. ReviewMe.com get’s my thumbs up, 100%.
